Historic
We started in 2010 with civil and industrial construction activities, interior design / partitioning, completed in a short time with the realization of all types of installations.
Since 2013 we have also started delivering cleaning services, especially maintenance cleaning for office and warehouse spaces, including construction site cleaning.
In 2016 we added to our offer of interior design and the service of providing standard and custom office furniture
At the beginning of 2020 we decided to reorganize in order to comply with the legislative provisions in the field of constructions, according to Emergency Ordinance 114/2018 and Emergency Ordinance 43/2019, and to divide the initial company, Art Facility & Management, into Art FM Office Concept for construction and fit-out services, and Art FM Office Services for cleaning services. This way we can better respond to the requests of our customers.
The Art FM team has grown steadily with conscientious and involved people to respond with maximum seriousness and flexibility to the needs of our customers. At the beginning of 2020, there were arround 180 people in our team, and during the pandemic we did not restructure positions, on the contrary, we expanded the team and started new projects.

We provide complete fit-out services, we offer advice and recommendations so that our clients are fully satisfied,
Our main advantage is that we can offer complete project management services, construction and installation works, including expertise, investment budget implementation, consulting and design, project management, supply of materials and complete execution of the work.
We have subcontractors for the resistance structure frame, and through our own resources, we provide services of architectural arrangement, realization of HVAC installations, strong current installations, weak current installations, extinguishing installations and fire detection.

The headquarters is in Bucharest. Here are the offices and 4 warehouses that cover 2000 square meters.
We have mobile teams that can reach other locations in a short time.
